Understanding and experience in knowledge management platforms and proposal automation tools. |

Well-organized, detail-oriented and self-directed individual with the ability to balance and prioritize competing tasks. |

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and/or other related software applications. |
|
Team player with positive attitude and exceptional verbal communication skills to interact with team members effectively. |

Assist in proposal automation process and comply with established internal guidelines. |
|
Review proposal repository and coordinate with content owners for ongoing reviews. |
|
Write, edit and proofread proposal content in the database library. |
|
Identify and assist in developing non-technical write ups that fit the solicitation requirements. |
|
Conduct research and team interviews to gather information for the proposal. |
|
Interpret customer instructions carefully and convey information about requirements to others |
|
Attend meetings, create project schedules and coordinate responsibilities with various functional groups. |
|
Handle multiple revisions and format sections as needed to ensure that proposals maintain a consistent tone and voice. |
|
Ensure all proposal materials are properly stored according to internal guidelines. |
|
Work on multiple proposals at a time and meet deadlines with flexibility to adapt to changing submission dates. |
|
May serve as the bid manager for selected proposals if needed. |
